This is not about JBT but it’s information JBT would like to share.
The ‘Bridging the Gap’ Seminars provide you with an insight into the depth of Indigenous culture not taught anywhere else.Richard Trudgen and Yolngu co-presenters offer strategies for addressing the current crises facing many Aboriginal communities across Australia today.
These strategies are based on a better understanding of the Yolngu people, their language, their history and their culture.
This seminar is open to EVERYBODY, whether you:
· work directly, or indirectly, with Aboriginal people or communities
· are developing policy or procedures which relate to, or will impact on, Aboriginal people
· are simply interested in learning what is happening beyond the media lens

Hi John,
I'm 21 and studying politics at Newcastle uni in england. I'm studying primarily to understand about our world - looking at a wide range of topics critically and mainly focused on african/middle-east history/politics. and what one unravels is a very different world/past to the one we're led to believe we're in. From listening to your music you articulate this incredibly well, much respect to your latest track and getting awareness out there and waking people up.
From this I thought you may be interested in a highly informative lecture given by Noam Chomsky - who discusses v.clearly this 'different world' which we are not allowed to see in the mainstream media etc.
click on the link below. (there are quite a few minutes of introduction, the lecture itself is an hour or so long but PLEASE don't let that put you off as it is very much worth watching)
